Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LoadPilot AI websites, the public interactive demo, and paid workspaces. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
LoadPilot is dispatch software for trucking fleets. Features marked “Coming soon” or “Beta” on the marketing site or in-product are not guaranteed to be available. The public interactive demo shows sample data only and is not a production workspace.
Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for account credentials and for data you import or enter (including LoadStop/EDI files and documents). Each paid company workspace is isolated for that tenant’s members. Admins manage invites and access.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select (for example Starter prepaid periods or Growth monthly per truck). Fees are due as presented at checkout. Fleet and Brokerages are custom plans arranged via sales. Brokerages is not a Stripe Checkout price.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants’ data, reverse engineer in violation of law, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that threaten security or abuse the platform.
Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LoadPilot is a software tool; you remain responsible for freight decisions, compliance, and carrier operations. Sample demo metrics are illustrative.
